Tara is a writer, podcaster, and producer. She’s the author of What Works: A Comprehensive Framework to Change the Way We Approach Goal-Setting, as well as the host of the long-running What Works podcast.
Lou Blaser, Production Coordinator
Lou is the creator of Midlife Cues, a newsletter for Gen Xers navigating midlife differently than their parents. She’s also the host of Second Breaks, a show that covers midlife issues from the Gen X perspective. Lou keeps everything running on the backend of our shows.
